College of Education


The College of Education considers itself as provider of quality instruction
for the development of professional educators who can meet the demands
and challenges of teaching in a globally competitive environment.


To prepare dynamic, innovative and professional educators dedicated in
nurturing their future students' intellectual growth and overall well being.


The College aims to sustain the total developmentof the learners'
competencies to eventually make them illustrious sons and daughters of
God and country.


1. Procedure future teacher-leaders who will be effective agents of social
    transformation through quality instruction;
2. Develop students' personality and make them imbibe integrity,
    trustworthiness, responsibility and fairness.
3. Enable students to cope effectively to the changing needs and conditions
    of the society;
4. Motivate the future teachers acquire learning skills in discovering life on
    their own; and
5. Provide the students with updated expertise and proficiency that will help
    them pass the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

Bachelor of Elementary Education
program is designed to prepare the students
to assume responsibility in the classroom and give important and needed services
to children attending public and private elementary schools and for them to learn
to work with peers who are taught to handle individual growth and developmental
needs of all youngster.

tional and social traits, abilities and competencies that they eventually become worthy
children of God and country.


1. Prepare students to tech secondary education both in public and private schools.
2. Train teachers or teach high school Mathematics, Physical, Sciences, Biological
    Sciences, English, Filipino, MAPE and others.
3. Develop students' personal and professional qualities that would lead to positive
    response to the changing needs of the society.
4. Provide students comprehensive review for a positive outcome.
