PELCO II's New Logo

Since 1979, your cooperative has been using the logo shown below:

This logo has symbolized PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (PELCO II) to all its stakeholders and as such, has also been associated with various memories.

As your cooperative moves on to another milestone in its history, we are pleased to introduce your cooperatives new logo to symbolize the new era of cooperation between your cooperative, PAMPANGA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (PELCO II), COMSTECH INTEGRATION ALLIANCE, INC. (COMSTECH), our Investor Manager, and its technical partner, MANILA ELECTRIC COMPANY (MERALCO) a distribution utility long known for its service excellence.

The new logo design is an enhancement of the idea of the Logo Design Contest winning entry sent in by Mr. Erwin Magtoto, an employee assigned to our Technical Operations Department. According to him, the design is an interpretation of the theme Progress and Commitment thru Partnership the partnership of PELCO II and COMSTECH/MERALCO.

The new design is modernistic, simple yet elegant, and clearly spells out the words PELCO II that leaves no doubt as to our identity.
The new logo also bears the colors of the partners:

Yellow - the color of PELCO II;
Green - the color of ComsTech Integration Alliance, Inc. (COMSTECH), and
Orange - the color of MERALCO

The winning entry described the elements representing the partnership to be “continuously rotating and moving forward towards progress.
Indeed, your cooperatives new logo represents a new era of “commitment, competence, stability and quality of service of Pampanga II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PELCO II) for the benefit of its member-consumers and all its stakeholders as we look forward to a brighter future.
We hope that your cooperatives new logo would be a symbol that you could be truly proud of, A NEW SYMBOL OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
